Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment.  The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is to be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently and not touching your face.  (Resource: World Health Organization)

Lancaster Review is on a mission to serve our community. We know it can be frustrating to open the YellowPages or going online to find a reliable plumber or trustworthy electrician to come fix your lighting when it suddenly goes out. We’ve been burned by multiple fly-by-night contractors before. People who are dishonest and fail to deliver upon our word. We got sick of experiencing that ourselves and seeing good, hardworking, honest business men and women not get the attention the deserve. We sought out to change that. We are here for the ambitious, local businesses who are out to serve our community. We serve those that serve our communities! We see you and we celebrate you! It’s tough being a local business owner. Lancaster Review understands that you’re wearing multiple hats throughout the day. A lot of times, it’s backbreaking work, many nights sacrificed on your business perhaps being away from your family which is why our purpose is to elevate those who are doing great work by publishing their stories on the Lancaster Review.

If you know a great local business owner in Lancaster PA, contact Lancaster Review immediately. Or, if you know of a great story of local citizens in our community doing great things, contact Lancaster Review! We love connecting with and spotlighting folks in our community doing great things through their businesses. It’s definitely no easy feat to start and scale local businesses especially nowadays with competition being so tough against big tech companies like Amazon. As such, so many small businesses are being driven to the ground. But the truth is, we need these small businesses to infuse the charm of our small cities across America. Lancaster Review is small but it has a mighty mission to continue supporting the local businesses that make Lancaster PA the great city that it is.

It’s too easy nowadays to turn online and buy products or services from a giant national company. Don’t! Buy local! That’s our motto here at Lancaster Review. We are passionate about keeping our small businesses, many of them family-owned, well and thriving in the 21st century and beyond. Many of our local businesses just cannot compete against these behemoth businesses controlled by Wall Street and other large financial institutions. In turn, all the profits get sucked out of our city and funneled into pockets of those who don’t even live in Lancaster PA and appreciate the hard work and values our local residents dedicate and have to make this a thriving local area. Lancaster Review wants to play its small part in making sure profits keep churning and stay local to support the livelihoods of our great people. Contact us 24/7 if you know any great business owner who deserves that extra press release boost. The more press they can get through Lancaster Review and other outlets, the more people will see their business and buy! We believe in an abundance mindset and helping our community thrive. Thank you to our dedicated readers for faithfully reading our feature articles and for continuing to shop local and support our small businesses in Lancaster PA!
